This watch was given to me as a Christmas gift, and lower the call will not work correctly. I contact the company and has been recommended for improvement of your email. I did, and today (a month later) were returned. I opened the box to know that the bottom of the display is actually working now, however, make it really lifeless. I think I will try to send back, because I really want to track the hours "real time" from the beloved in the Middle East. I am ashamed of the person who bought it for me, however, and I began to wonder if I will be able to use the clock.
I bought this watch for my sister who travels with me to Greece. I've found my double valable time to see when you travel, felt that this would be a great gift. I have a dual time watch, because my husband is in Kuwait, and I'm always trying to find out what his time. I promply the clock within a few days of my order. Unfortunately, the small hand to one of the scales are loose and not hold. I emailed the company and told them that I have a mailing back the clock and you want a replacement.
